Minimum Order Requirements: There is no minimum order requirement
Terms of Sale: All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control.
Terms: In most cases, orders must be prepaid with cashier's check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. We do accept payment by Company Purchase Order on a case by case basis. Please contact us to discuss this option and get approval before placing your order.
Our products become your property upon delivery to the transporting carrier.
Pricing Terms: The prices shown on this website supersede those published in any previous pricelist. We attempt to maintain published prices, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice.
At Once Orders: Normally are shipped within 3-4 business days from a California based warehouse. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Customers on the West Coast may receive their items sooner, but East Coast customers should allow the full 2 weeks. Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available, we usually cancel that item, ship the remaining items on the order and ask the customer to reorder.
International Orders: Sorry, but we only ship these products to the United States and it's territories.
Claims and Returns: Do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us for authorization. A 50% rehandling charge will apply to any unauthorized return. All claims of damage or shortage must be reported within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment. Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we'll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier's claims agent. Our products are normally not returnable except for reasons of shipping error or defect in stock or workmanship, and then, only upon authorization from our home office. Any authorized return for reasons other than defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 25% restocking fee. No returns/exchanges can be made after 30 Days from the delivery date.
Shortages: Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 business days from the date of delivery. We will then work to determine if the shortage is due to the item being out of stock or if the item was lost/stolen during shipment.
Phone Orders/Hours of Operation: Our home office is open for business and new phone/fax orders Monday - Friday,7:30am to 5:00pm PST. If our office is closed, you can leave a recorded message for immediate handling on the next working day. Please leave your company name, your name, phone number and reason for call on all messages. Fax orders/inquiries can be sent to 951-461-2885 at any time.
